General Personality Traits:
Leo is the fifth and fixed/fire sign of the zodiac. Ruled by the Sun, the Lion basks in the spotlight. She has a sharp tongue but put down only people who are arrogant. She uses humor as a weapon and wields her wit wildly. She prizes herself on her intellectual abilities and always has her head in a book. Not only can a Leo lead, she will lead. Lions don’t give up. She's dramatic, bold, creative, and strong; no other sign can grab and hold the spotlight the way a Lion can.

Lions are great fun to be around, too. Leos are amusing and have an enormous personality. She tries hard to fulfill her commitments but actually prefers to be out having a good time socializing or partying with friends. Her exuberance is contagious. Leos dip in and out of relationships but will only really settle with someone who allows them a certain amount of freedom.

The point of being a Leo is to be at one with the creative principle, and to learn how her willpower affects what she creates in her life. Self-expression and creativity are everything to a Leo. She will naturally gravitate toward careers that allow her to shine. Lions can often be found in the performing arts, shining with the brightness of the sun. In the public eye, a Lion is charismatic and magnetic, but a Lion shines even in less visible fields. Unless she works in a creative field she finds work tedious, but she perseveres with it. Eventually she learns to follow more than just her own will, aligning herself with the higher Self and the creative principles of the Universe.

Scorpio Rising: The Scorpio Ascendant:
Keynote: The life force as a path to the God of your understanding, the Universe, or the Source
Training for personal magnetism

There’s nothing halfway about a Rising Scorp; she puts the whole force of her personality behind everything she does. Rising Scorps are often very magnetic and attract others very easily: their magnetism is one of the reasons it’s so easy for these people to gain power: others give it to them.

Another aspect of Rising Scorpios' personalities is their intensity. Someone once described this personality as similar to Oya, the Nigerian goddess of rainstorms and sudden change stirring up a calm, motionless lake. Watery Rising Scorps aren’t really interested in surface chitchat, and their intensity might initially intimidate others.

Rising Scorpios are learning about the life force as a path to the God of their understanding, the Universe, or the Source. As part of thie “training,” she might experience powerful and intense feelings, which she will then learn to master to fully understand her experiences.

Scorpio Rising is a strong indicator of people born with a need to control, because that’s when things feel safest to them. There may have been major difficulties in the early environment and home life that encouraged them to take control so they would feel safe. After all, people don’t worry about feeling safe unless they feel very vulnerable. Her greatest challenge is to learn how to control herself and stop controlling others.

The mask of Scorpio is secrecy; Scorpio Rising can act as a double disguise. Rising Scorps might use manipulation or deception to rise to power, and they might move quietly in the wings until their rise has been completed.

Moon in Libra:
Moons in Libra are partnership Moons. She loves the way things and people fit together to create harmony, and she seeks to create an atmosphere where everything seems to fall naturally into place. The most social of Moons, Moon in Libra can seem superficial or shallow, but in reality its emotional nature cannot help but express its feelings through the way things look and feel. Naturally gracious and the most hospitable of hosts, Moon in Libra feels good when everyone else feels good. To her, the outward appearance reflects the inward; she feels through others.

Mercury in Virgo:
Impartial Mercury in Virgo sorts all those details into their proper files, where its logic and precision can find the heart of the matter. That’s where Mercury in Virgo works its magic, with its fine intelligence systematically clarifying and refining the information, and understanding the patterns. She is a logical mind, analytical, practical, and a quick learner.

Celebrity Astrology Report:
Born under a Leo Sun, Amos is a creative and idealistic woman who makes others look up to her with her dramatic, individualist ways. With her Sun Conjunct Uranus, it's easy to see that Amos marches to the beat of a different drummer (or is that pianist?). Amos's Sun is also Opposite stern Saturn here, which points to having issues with authority. Finally, her Sun is also Conjunct Venus; this indicates she's charming and attractive, making her very palatable as a musician and as a hero.

Thanks to a Libra Moon, Amos is diplomatic and as harmonious as a C-chord. Amos also enjoys being in a relationship and loves to communicate with others, making her a natural at songwriting. She wants to use her artistic sensibility to keep things peaceful and loving; why, then, does she write so many intensely sad or angry songs? Perhaps something else in her chart will reveal the answer.

With her Mercury in Virgo, Amos's thought processes and communication style are efficient, well thought out and practical. It may take awhile to get to know this woman, however; Virgo's influence leads her to hang back a bit, analyzing a situation or opportunity before throwing herself into it.

Her Venus, Planet of Love, in Leo tells us that Amos loves romance and will go after what (and whom) she wants. She's proud, dramatic and demonstrative as a lover and expects plenty of adoring appreciation for all the little gifts and indulgences she lavishes on her sweetheart. Since the Planet of Love is Opposite Saturn, however, Amos will stay in love long-term, but only with someone who is in tune with her harmonious Libra Moon.

Amos's Mars in Libra indicates that she wants help in achieving all her goals; for her, teamwork is the most effective form of taking action. She also possesses a true ability to make and keep the peace, as supported by her Libra Moon. Amos has a keen sense of beauty and aesthetic; Mars's Opposition to Jupiter may point to a competitive streak, however. Finally, with an abundance of Fixed Planets, Amos truly holds her ground; she may be stubborn, but she's incredibly determined to reach her goals in life.

CHINESE ZODIAC
Tori was born in the year of the Rabbit according to the Chinese Zodiac, specifically as a Water Rabbit.
The Rabbit is the fourth sign of the lunar cycle.
29 Jan 1903 to 15 Feb 1904
25 Jan 1963 to 12 Feb 1964

General Rabbit Personality Traits:
People born under the year of the Rabbit, or Hare has she is referred to in Chinese mythology, tend to be fortunately blessed, strong willed, hate disagreements, careful, unobtrusive, systematic and confident. The Rabbit is one of the most fortunate of all the Chinese star signs. With their live and let live attitude toward life they don't often get into trouble and seldom make enemies. Although they can often put themselves first due to their fondness for comfort, they are considerate, kind and thoughtful towards others. Rabbits are said to be elegant and kindly and the Rabbit is the symbol of long life. They are said to draw their life energy from the moon. Although being graceful, kind and sensitive and leading tranquil lives, they do have a tendency towards being removed, indifferent and somewhat temperamental. In business they do tend to be fortunate but this comes from being shrewd, crafty and hardnosed. On the whole the Rabbit likes an easy, good time and gives sensible solid advice, although they do shy away from commitments.

Water Rabbit Personality Traits:
Water Rabbits are typically empathic, delicate, motivated by peace, but are also biased and introvert.

A meditative type of Rabbit with a fragile and emotional nature, she cannot bear harassment or any other unpleasantness, such as dissent and bickering. She can be easily influenced because she is so empathetic, able to pick up the thoughts and feelings of others with uncanny accuracy.

This rabbit will possess an excellent memory and may have the kind of mental power that, without her being aware of it, transmits her ideas to others. Consequently, she attracts the kind of people she relates to and she may be surprised by the many supporters who rally to her defense when he least expects.

However, she is a subjective soul and her perspective gets distorted by the emotional barriers she sets up. She is not very decisive and in many cases could readily come under the sway of others.

At times, her delicate sensitivity makes her dwell too much on the past. Often reminiscing on long-ago injuries and indulging in self-pity, she needs strong associates to help her see the brighter side of life and enjoy herself. In her negative moods, she suspects the motives of those around her, and is uncompromising, secretive and even paranoid. In her positive state, she could rally powerful allies to her aid. She is never without resources or influence so long as she does not carry her neutrality so far that no one will take her side.

1PM and 3PM = The Hours of the Sheep:
The loving Sheep cajoles the Rabbit toward more sympathy and generosity. Both signs here are highly tuned to beauty, art and the environment. She has many artistic contributions to make with her talents. Her main drawback is her reluctance to stand up for herself when necessary. Easily upset and discouraged when others take advantage of her tolerant and peace loving nature, she needs strong mentors and administrators to guide her and curb her tendency to spend beyond her means.

Born in the Year of the Rabbit under the Western sign of Leo:
This will be a proud, majestic Hare with excellent leadership capabilities although she is somewhat self-centered. She will have the charisma to sway the masses and the luck to get her through the trials in her life. This combination links aggressiveness with cool discretion. A person born under these signs will never advocate war openly. While she is not afraid of confrontation, she knows how to use her popularity to achieve her aims. She also has the knack of doing the right thing at the right time. Both the solar and lunar signs take their leisure activities seriously, so this personality may pursue expensive hobbies.

Year of the Cat:
In the Vietnamese version of the Chinese Horoscope, the Rabbit is replaced by the Cat. This is an aberration as the Cat was not indigenous to China and was only later imported to Asia from Persia and Egypt via the Silk Route. Besides, the lunar cycle has room for only one feline and that place is taken up by that Big Cat, the Tiger. It is redundant to appoint another “cat” right after the Tiger.
(The Handbook of Chinese Horoscopes, Theodora Lau)

On neurosis and self-identification:
"Neurotic is something that is not part of my musical life - it's part of my dealing with the outside world. Are you familiar with the Chinese horoscope? I'm a Leo cat...If you understand that creature, you know it's really about refinement and things being achieved at a level where you go, 'Okay, we've achieved yumminess here.'"
