This beautiful digipak cd single includes reproductions of Tori's handwritten lyrics to all five tracks; the disc is a picture cd which is virtually identical to the US Winter 2-track promotional-only CD single. B sides are taken from the UK Winter part one CD sigle except for Upside Down, which first appeared on Me And A Gun and then on Silent All These Years. Until Hey Jupiter was released in 1996, Winter was probably the only US CD single that was more elaborately packaged than a UK single. The cover of the CD declares that it is a limited edition; however, it is still relatively easy to find more than seven years after its release. The cassette single contains an edited version of Winter, which, apart from this single, appears only on promotional copies.
